Thanks to streaming devices like Roku, cutting the cable cord has never been easier. By giving you the opportunity to stream videos, music and download content straight to your TV, Roku makes it easier to watch your favorite shows without having to pay a monthly cable fee.

Need help choosing the right Roku? We’ve got you covered. Below is a list of all the various Roku devices on the market today — each with its own specifications to help you choose based on your streaming needs.

There really is a Roku for everyone.

1. Roku Express

The smallest Roku available, the Express is super portable and extremely easy to use. Featuring 5X more power than previous models, this model takes seconds to setup and gives you instant access to thousands of TV and movie titles. For when you’re traveling and want easy access to all your favorite channels and shows, this little Roku is a great choice.

2. Roku Express+

While it looks (and feels) the same as the Roku Express, the Plus model has the added benefit of backwards compatibility, which means it works with most older A/V cable connections. It also automatically enhances image resolution to 1080p. Basically, it’s a great option for older TVs because it actually makes the images even sharper.

3. Roku Streaming Stick

Essentially an updated (and more powerful) version of the Roku Express, the Streaming Stick comes packed in HDMI form, meaning you simply plug it in and you’re good to go. More than that, it also offers a host of new features, including voice-activation. If you see yourself as a power Roku user, then you’re probably better off going with the Stick.

4. Roku Streaming Stick+

Similar to how the Express+ works, this model offers the same features as the original Streaming Stick, only now it supports beautiful 4K video and promises a longer WiFi range thanks in part to the newly added USB port. It’s basically a bigger, bolder and more powerful version of the Stick.

5. Roku Ultra

The boldest and best of the bunch, the Roku Player is the ultimate all-in-one home media player. Offering beautiful 4k video and the most powerful wireless performance yet, the Ultra takes everything that was great about each individual Roku and rolls them into one — the result is a great streaming player that offers all the features you could want and more.

6. Roku TV

We can’t forget about the Roku TV! The newest Roku line features beautiful LCD TVs that come pre-installed with the most up-to-date Roku software available. That’s right — everything you love about Roku, only this model doesn’t require a box.
