Some more bad news for United. If you’re looking to take off on-time, you might want to re-consider flying with the beleaguered brand. A new report has given United the lower-possible rating for on-time departures.

The ranking is based on the first-ever On-Time Performance Star Ratings report, released by airline data and tracking company, OAG. The company based its statistics on flights arriving or departing within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Chicago-based United, which has its largest hub at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, was given a one-star rating, with only 75 to 79.9 percent of flights departing and arriving on time.

Just inching out of the basement was American Airlines and Southwest, which both had a one-star rating as well. Interestingly enough, all three of these airlines have a large hub in Chicago. American has its third largest hub at O’Hare, and Southwest has its largest hub at Midway Airport. The OAG report found that both airports suffered from regular delays.

On the other end of the spectrum, Delta performed at a three-star level, meaning 83 to 87.4 percent of flights were on time. Regional carrier Hawaiian Airlines, meantime, managed 4 stars, the highest ranking so far for US-based airlines. Hawaiian flights were on time 87.5 to 89.9 percent of the time.
