* Holds up to several terabytes
* Keep your files safe in the comfort of your own home
* No hidden or monthly storage fees
First, it was the desktop computer. Then came laptops, cell phones and eventually tablets. With so many gadgets working simultaneously and so many separate files to remember, keeping up with all our various files is hard. Well, at least it was. Lima, the new cloud syncing system, plans to change that by giving you a one-stop-shop for all things connectivity.
Instead of having to rely on a virtual Cloud, the Lima is a physical device, meaning your information isn’t stored on some massive virtual server – it’s kept safe in the privacy and comfort of your home.
There are no hidden or monthly fees, and it’s incredibly easy to set up. All you have to do is connect it to your router and an external drive. The Lima will then open a folder on the devices where you can place all the files you want to share among them. And that’s it. You’ll free up much-needed space on your devices, while having easy, unlimited access to your files whenever you want.
You can watch videos you’ve made on your phone right on your laptop or listen to songs from your tablet on your phone. Easy peasy.
If you’re concerned about privacy, you’ll love the Lima. Whereas most Cloud services store your files on companies’ servers, Lima only stores your files on your hard drive at home. For extra security, all exchanges are fully encrypted.
And if you want to create a backup, you can simply use a second Lima. The two devices will automatically mirror each other to continuously copy your files. Best of all, it requires zero effort on your end.
