* Keep your feet fresh, dry and warm with Kenneth Cole’s innovative “Techni-Cole” footwear
* Materials wick moisture and prevent odor buildup
* Stylish picks for guys and gals
Sportswear brands like Nike and Adidas may be pioneering new and revolutionary technology for athletes from head to toe, but they’re far from the only footwear makers making innovative strides in the shoe game. Kenneth Cole recently introduced its “Techni-Cole” line of apparel and footwear, which the New York-based brand says was built with mobility in mind for urban dwellers seeking “innovative performance and comfort technology.”
The footwear collection boasts what the company is calling 37.5 Technology, which it claims creates a “microclimate comfort system” for your feet. The fibers in 37.5 Technology, which line all Techni-Cole footwear, work at a micro level to pull moisture vapor away from your feet before they even start to sweat.
Those same fibers are also said to retain infrared energy, so that when the temperature drops, your feet won’t be left cold. They’ll even keep your feet fresh and funky free. Sounds pretty good, right? Here’s what to buy:
1. Kam Nubuck
The Kam Nubuck is an easy to slip into low-top sneaker with a nearly tonal all-over grey in nubuck leather. Try it as a nice upgrade from basic black or white.
2. Brand-y High-Top
A sneaker-slash-boot hybrid in dark grey, the Brand-y High-Top rides like a sneaker but with “don’t-mess-with-me” boot good looks.
3. Plain Toe Ankle Boot
Available in black or cognac, the Plain Toe Ankle Boot is a straightforward Chelsea-like boot with all the benefits of 37.5 Technology. Who says dress shoes have to be stale and stuffy?
4. Jayson Tassle Slip-on
Here’s Kenneth Cole’s take on the creeper in a white slip-on adorned with a multicolor pastel tassel.
5. Kam 11 Star Leather
If tassels aren’t doing it for you, perhaps the sequined Kam 11 Stars Leather Sneaker is a bit more your style?
6. Women’s Kam Skyline Suede
As the name would imply, the Kam Skyline in blush or black suede features a somewhat ambiguous skyline along the medial side of the shoe and a pop of silver on the heel tab.
