Have you been desperately searching for a pair of new sunglasses but find yourself needing a pair of regular glasses as well? Have you considered a hybrid? No, we’re not talking about transition lenses (not that there’s anything wrong with those.) Steven Alan Optical’s “vintage-inspired” Monroe Clip-on Glasses might be what you’re looking for.

This eyeglass and sunglass bundle from Steven Alan Optical solves a universal problem every eyeglass wearer goes through, which is carrying two separate frames at all times. But these clip-on glasses seem to solve that issue. The eyeglass frames themselves are made from a premium “Classic Tortoise” cellulose acetate from Northern Italy, while the wire-rim clip-ons are made from a brushed gold.

Both sets of lenses will protect you from UVA/UVB rays and the lenses in the eyeglass frames can be swapped with prescription lenses or left as is. The clip-ons, however, are polarized. A carrying case and Steven Alan’s signature print microfiber cloth are also included in the bundle, as well as a one-year warranty from the manufacturer. Steven Alan suggest these particular tortoiseshell frames are best suited for those with broad oval faces.
