Coursera is an education-focused technology company founded by two Stanford professors that offers online courses with a variety of programs to choose from such as business, computer science, and confidence building life skills.

This online course is based on four of the most popular courses taught at the Wharton School and is designed to introduce the tools and techniques for defining and achieving success at home and at work. Through a series of exercises, surveys, quizzes and numerous case studies, you will discover how to define what you want and the best way to get it.

  

3. Inspirational Leadership

Our next specialization is Inspirational Leadership and teaches students how to become a better leader, manager, colleague, parent or friend. Divided into three courses, this new approach to leadership will help you switch from a top-down leadership format to an open leadership that fosters team work and creative input. This new approach to leadership is based on more than 25 years of research and practice and has been implemented successfully in companies like Apple, L’Oreal and LVMH. 5. A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment

A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment is a course based on an award-winning class that draws content from a variety of fields including psychology, neuroscience and behavioral decision theory to offer a tested and practical recipe for a leading a life of happiness and fulfillment. This course is broken up into 6 sections that can be done on your own schedule and leisure. It also features guest appearances by several well-known thought leaders.

  

6. Understanding What the Body is Telling Us

Vital Signs: Understanding What the Body is Telling Us is a six-part course in which the anatomy and physiology of the vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, respiration rate and pain) are explored. This is crucial information so you can develop a systematic understanding of how the body functions and how these systems affect the vital signs. You do not need to have a health care degree to participate and understand this course – the course is designed for a broad, general audience and anyone who wants to understand how the body functions.
