Macs are the leader in the laptop industry thanks to their long list of attributes, from HD graphics to low incidents of viruses, to built-in Apple products like Cloud storage and iTunes, to simple and free upgrades of their operating system. With so many great Mac laptops available, it can be difficult to know which to buy. We’ve compiled a list of three of our favorite options to make your Mac buying process easier than launching an app on a Mac.
The first two MacBook Airs on our list look identical, with a 13.3-inch screen, a MagSafe2 connection, two USB 3ports, a headphone port, and dual mics. The laptops both feature Thunderbolt 2 ports, which deliver up to 20Gbps of bandwidth for each connected device. That means that data is moved up to four times faster than with traditional USB 3 ports. The laptops are also equipped with SDXC card slots and have a PCIe-based flash storage, which is up to 2.5 times faster than previous generation flash storage and runs 22 times faster than traditional hard drives, which means you can quickly start your computer and launch apps without any lag time.
All three laptops are equipped with FaceTime HD camera and a multi-touch trackpad that eliminates the need for an external mouse. Backlit keyboards make typing easy in any setting and stereo speakers deliver clear and crisp audio. The MacBook Airs all have 802.11ac Wi-Fi connectivity and are Bluetooth 4.0, which means you can quickly jump on to any Wi-Fi network for fast and lag-free internet access.
The first two options vary in memory size and processor speed, while the third option is our most affordable thanks to smaller screen size and memory storage. It’s also an older model of the MacBook Air, which helps to offset the costs while still providing LED display technology and a 4GB Ram size.
