That means it not only functions the way we’ve come to expect, it’s also much faster and stronger than previous iPhone models. And then there’s the whole issue of availability. With rumored delays on the horizon, experts predict massive pushback with the X, which is tentatively scheduled to drop later this year. The iPhone 8, on the other hand, is already available and has been received with near-unanimous acclaim. After all, the 8 takes everything that was great from 7 and 7 Plus models and expands upon them — offering a faster processor, better screen and an all-around more premium feel.
