Looking for a great last-minute Valentine’s Day gift that’s sure to have her singing your praises? This weekend only, Ticketmaster is offering discounted tickets to see Lionel Richie and Mariah Carey in concert, as part of a Valentine’s Day promotion.
The two singing and songwriting legends are teaming up for a co-headlining tour this spring. The “All The Hits” tour starts March 15th in Baltimore and runs until May 27th in Tampa. Though neither artist currently has an album to promote, they’re embarking on the joint tour to perform their extensive back catalog of hits. Be prepared to say “Hello” and dance “All Night Long” with Richie, while Carey belts out her classics, like “Hero,” “My All” and “We Belong Together.”
Give the gift of music this Valentine’s Day. Ticketmaster is offering an exclusive 2 for 1 ticket offer to see Richie and Carey. To redeem: Select the “Valentine’s 2 For 1 Tickets Offer” ticket type at checkout – no offer code needed. Discount will be automatically applied to tickets. You must purchase at least two tickets for the offer. Save 50% on 2 concert tickets now through February 14 while supplies last.
Richie was recently announced as a producer on an upcoming Sammy Davis Jr. biopic. The project will be based on the 1965 Davis memoir “Yes I Can: The Story Of Sammy Davis, Jr.”, penned by Burt Boyar with Davis and his wife Jane.
Carey, meantime, is hoping to bounce back from the infamous New Year’s Eve flub in Times Square. She’s voicing Mayor McCaskill in The Lego Batman Movie, and she just dropped a new single and video. The song, “I Don’t” reportedly details the dissolution of her engagement to Aussie billionaire, James Packer.
