* Cher and Future star in GAP’s latest campaign
* The legendary pop star and award-winning rapper cover Sly and the Family Stone
* Revamped classics for men and women

For GAP’s latest fall campaign, “Meet me in the Gap,” pop icon

has been teamed up with the chart-topping rapper, . The campaign focuses on artistic pairings that you normally wouldn’t think go together and the GAP certainly delivered with this improbable duo.

In the 30-second spot, Cher and Future put their unique spin on Sly and the Family Stone’s 1969 hit, “

” New York-based creative agency Yard stated the campaign was designed to convey that “when we meet people who are not like us, and take a chance to close the gaps between us, we find we have more in common than what keeps us apart.”

The latest collection isn’t bad either and we’ve cherrypicked the best pieces for men and women. The overarching theme here is basic essentials ranging from bodysuits to denim to leather jackets and pants.

FOR HER:

Build your outfit with these new staples, which are a touch above the basic T-shirt and jeans look. The bodysuit is cozy with just the right amount of sex appeal, while the leather pants can dress up an otherwise casual look. A wool bomber, meantime, is a great layering piece for fall.

FOR HIM:

GAP has always been known for making accessible, easy-to-wear pieces, and these looks for guys work, whether you’re heading to the office or heading on stage, like Future. Even better: though they’re part of the Fall 2017 collection, the pieces will last you through multiple seasons to come.
