We’re officially annoyed, and it’s solely because of Cole Haan’s newest shoe launch, the effortlessly handsome 4.ZERØGRAND Oxford sneaker. After all, there are only so many Cole Haan shoes a man can justify owning. Available in six handsome colors, someone’s going to have to take away our credit cards before we buy one of each.
Like a lot of Cole Haan’s footwear, the 4.ZERØGRAND exists in that sweet spot in between formal and casual, giving us the ability to dress them up or down as we please. And like the recent 2020 Cole Haan collab with Staple Pigeon, these shoes aren’t afraid to use color in exciting ways. While most men’s dress shoes stick to black, brown and gray, the 4.ZERØGRAND use a splash of color that sets them apart from business-as-usual Oxfords.
The overall look will be familiar to Cole Haan fans, as they take elements from the GRAND36Ø and the iconic ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxfords to create a hybrid shoe ready to take on the town.
Only to add to 4.ZERØGRAND‘s level of uniqueness, the style is available in two different silhouettes for men: the first being a hip Wingtip Oxford and the second being a more semi-professional Plain Toe Oxford style to spice the look up a little. The footbed cushion is squishy yet dynamic to give the wearer a flawless heel-to-toe transition and flexibility you don’t typically get in a typical Oxford.
