To highlight Dickies new spring lines, United by Dickies and United by Inspiration, the company has teamed up with 12 real-life makers to showcase the new work-inspired clothing. Yes, you read that right, Dickies is serving up fashion, and in on-trend color and styles. Their new spring lines are as durable as their heritage gear, but with a little bit of extra flair. Yes, Dickies classic workwear collections which include Flex, Temp-IQ, and DuraTech’s styles may have been refreshed, but the quality and durability beloved by their core customers remains unchanged.

Right now, workwear is having a bit of a moment in the fashion world, especially looks from legacy brands like Dickies and Carhartt. With these new releases, Dickies is offering fresh looks for the spring and summer.

Who are the 12 real-life makers who moonlighted as models for Dickies spring lines? They include Chris and Freya Bramble, ceramicists from Freya Bramble Studio; Takayuki Sazuki, a dancer/actor; Matteo Fogale, Daniella Rubino, Emma Chesterman and Richard Ellis, furniture designers from Blackhorse Workshop; Carmel Mannion, a metal worker from Blackhorse Workshop; Charlotte Gerrard, a painter with Barbican Studios; Kijaun Whitton, dancer; and Jamie Strachan, and Susan Barry, head of coffee and wholesale manager respectively of Dark Arts Coffee.  You can see them in action on the Dickies website.

Another of the new items from Dickies spring line is their new chore jacket. It’s part of their Clean Utility Collection, their new work-inspired collection. Made from 100% hickory stripe cotton, this regular fit jacket has all the details that a top brand adds to their outerwear. That includes a herringbone lining, vented back, dual entry lower pockets, snazzy contrast stitching, and there’s even a top pencil pocket.

This hoodie has ribbed cuffs and waist, has the brand emblazoned on the chest, and small brand patch on the top of the pocket.
