1. Office Casual

If you have a semi-formal bridesmaid dress with body-conscious, fitted, or pencil shape cut, try throwing on a slouchy pull over sweater, transforming your dress into an office-ready pencil skirt. Grab some versatile metallic flats (stick to a pointed toe style for a dressier approach) and voila, you’ll be the chicest woman in your office.

2. Day-to-Night Bohemian

If you were part of a spring bridal party and were lucky enough to wear an on-trend floral maxi, you’re in serious luck. This bohemian style can be re-worked in a number of different ways and is suitable for multiple occasions. The “day to night” tag is a cliche at this point, but this dress really does fits the criteria. Pair it with a casual pendant necklace and some chunky ankle boots for a daytime look.

3. Street Sleek

To dress down a satin slip dress (or ill-fitting satin bridesmaid dress), layer a plain white crew neck t-shirt or soft turtle neck sweater underneath for a look that nods to #ootd street style but still looks sophisticated enough for the office. Pair with mules, slides, or even sneakers for an unexpected take on “formal” wear.
