The multi-talented JAY-Z can now add fashion designer to his impressive resume too. Inspired to deliver high quality clothing at an affordable price point for the average customer, Roc-A-Fella co-founder Kareem Burke teamed up with the music mogul and with Urban Outfitters to deliver a clothing collection that offers exactly that.
Offering a range of items, including tees and hoodies, the Reasonable Doubt collection from Urban Outfitters provides a way to commemorate JAY-Z’s first and possibly finest work, Reasonable Doubt. As an added bonus, these items are fairly priced and made for fans — whether to wear or to collect.
1. JAY-Z Reasonable Doubt Politics As Usual Tee
The Politics As Usual Tee is a relaxed fit white shirt featuring a central, JAY-Z inspired graphic on the front. The picture shows several of the albums kept under a gavel, the ultimate symbol of the law. Below the image is the tagline, “Can’t Knock The Hustle.”
2. JAY-Z Reasonable Doubt Cover Tee
A natural classic, the Reasonable Doubt Cover Tee is a solid black shirt adorned with the graphics of the album cover on the front and a titled, track-by-track listing of the album on the back. This loose fitting tee is a great way to show people your support for Jay, especially as it’s adorned with his very first studio album.
3. JAY-Z Reasonable Doubt Crew Love Long Sleeve Tee
This heavyweight cotton tee features a black design with a simple “Crew Love” graphic across the front chest area. This is an obvious ode to the song of the same name, which begins, “You know it’s crew love, Roc-A-Fella till we die.” The neck and cuffs both have ribbed banding, and the shirt is cut to a standard fit.
4. Jay Z Big Dog Hoodie Sweatshirt
This black, cotton hoodie has an adjustable hood, ribbed banding cuffs and hem as well as a handy kanga pocket. On the front of this stylish hoodie is the image of a Rottweiler dog and the warning “Mess with the big dog, I gotta bite cha!” Don’t worry Jay, we hear those “Friend or Foe” lyrics loud and clear.
