In addition to the questionnaire, they also set up a hotline that will help advise consumers on specific underwear choices, shopping, and more. During their call, shoppers will be able to speak with pros in the industry to get their expertise on the most comfortable, stylish underwear on the planet. The hotline, which can be reached at 1-855-622-7947, will be live all day on August 5 aka National Underwear Day, with experts standing by to chat.
A press release for the event shares, “As part of the hotline’s kickoff, Mack Weldon will be releasing the results from their in-depth customer survey that answers some of the most pressing underwear questions. Boxers or briefs? That will finally be settled? Left leg or right leg? Now everyone will know the truth. Plus, the curtains will be lifted to reveal if there is really such a thing as ‘lucky underwear.'”
