The key to wardrobe planning on a budget is versatility. You can get by wearing the same swimsuit every day if you keep it basic. H&M’s One-Shoulder Swimsuit ($29.99) is a smart choice. Slimming black, adequate coverage and a bare decolletage do everything to flatter your figure–a must if your summer body goals have gone by the wayside.

We also like the one-piece because it can second as a bodysuit for adventures away from the hotel; just throw on some denim shorts and you’re set. As far as cover-ups go, we like the

from La Leela. The chiffon fabric offers a fresh break from typical options, and you can wear it as a wrap skirt, halter dress or come up with your own variation.

2. Dinner & Drinks

Spend: $71.88

As relaxing as it is to lounge poolside, you’ll eventually have to call it quits for the day. Whether you’re hanging at the hotel bar, heading out for beer and pizza or going to a proper dinner, fast fashion retailers have the looks you want at the prices you need.

You don’t want your weekend away to give you wrinkles. Make sure you pack a sunhat to keep the harmful UV rays out of your face. This Foldable Wide Brim Straw Hat Two Pack ($15.99) from Runfon is a smart choice. Not only will two hats give you extra styling options, but the collapsible design also means they won’t take up too much space in your suitcase. And they feature an interior drawstring so that you can get a good fit, essential if your weekend plans involve a windy beach or boating.

For eyewear, we suggest the Rose Gold Sunglasses ($7.99) from H&M. They’re made from metal, which makes them less likely to break during travel, and the aviator frames compliment most face shapes. Not to mention the rose gold trend will most likely fade away once fall comes, so you should get in one last hurrah while you still can.

Last, but certainly not least, you need a shoe that’s versatile enough to wear all weekend. With an espadrille wedge and grosgrain ankle straps, the Adrianna Papell Penny ($52.99) is the right choice. It won’t look too dressy by the pool or with your denim shorts, and it’ll be just right with the floral dress and the jumpsuit.
