It’s the most wonderful time of the year. No, we’re not talking about the holiday season, but rather, fall and winter clothing season. And, specifically, the release of Rowing Blazers’ new Fall/Winter collection. We’re noted fans of Rowing Blazers here at SPY and thought the brand’s summer collection was among their strongest offerings yet. But they may have topped themselves with their latest release, bolstered by a campaign starring comedian and actor Pete Davidson and comedian Ziwe Fumudoh.

The Rowing Blazers Fall/Winter 2021 collection was officially released on Thursday, October 21 at 11 a.m., although it was open to email subscribers early. The most popular Rowing Blazers designs have a tendency to sell out, so don’t procrastinate if you see something you like. Some of the more popular designs are already low in stock, especially if you need XS or XL sizes.

About The Rowing Blazers Fall/Winter 2021 Collection

For Fall and Winter 2021, Rowing Blazers brings back its classic pieces and new takes on well-established favorites. Across the extensive release, you’ll find the traditional RB offerings: rugby shirts, dad hats, pants, hoodies, tees, etc., but everything feels new and fresh in a way that’s true to the spirited nature of Rowing Blazers. Case in point: an 80s-inspired sweater collaboration with English brand Gyles & George with a statement — “What the ****’s Going On”— that’s evocative of the brand’s playful energy. This isn’t the first partnership with G&G, but it very well may be the most fun execution of their ongoing relationship.

The brand’s captivating fleeces are back again for fall, including two colorways that pay homage to the brand’s signature patterns, the zig-zag stripe and the croquet stripe. Warm and wonderful, these fleeces will keep you cozy when the temperatures are decidedly not. And speaking of Warm & Wonderful, Rowing Blazers is once again teaming with the beloved British knitwear brand to expand their offerings of the iconic Princess Diana sheep sweater, albeit in new colorways (baby blue!) and new designs. There’s a genuinely fantastic fleece (pictured below) that’s our favorite piece of the whole fall drop, although it’s only available via pre-order right now.

Colder temperatures wouldn’t be complete without knitwear, and luckily the brand delivers there too; standouts include a playing card motif featuring a sweater that will let you feel like a queen, a bold skull and crossbones graphic which will look fantastic dressed up or down (we’re imagining wearing it with a white dress shirt, black pants, and a black leather jacket for a look with some real attitude), a piano keys-emblazoned option, and even a coiled snake that looks like it came out of a children’s picture book (note: that’s a good thing).

However, the most ambitious project for Rowing Blazers’ fall collection is the introduction of made-to-order suit separates. We should have seen this coming after debuting custom dress shirts, but the choices here are strong; the purple corduroy suit looks like something out of a Wes Anderson movie and is a must-have. The brand is also introducing chore coats, made from super durable Duck canvas and outfitted in bright, bold colors. The jackets will age perfectly and keep you nice and warm, while making a real fashion statement, too.

The collection is another showstopper, featuring two talents who are superstars in their own right. There’s something for everyone in this drop; it’s just a matter of figuring out what your wallet can reasonably handle. But no matter what, there’s bound to be something for everyone. Just be sure to move quickly; we anticipate the collection’s hottest items will sell out quickly.
