They say every man needs a pair of loafers in rotation. But the classic loafer is, well, a bit old-fashioned, and while there’s a time and place for it, it doesn’t quite seem to line up with today’s more edgy styling. What you need is something that you can dress up or dress down that still fits any outfit or occasion in between. British footwear label Duke & Dexter toes the line with multiple collections in a variety of materials that’s perfect for any occasion.

Launched in 2014 and flying relatively under the radar since, the London-based brand got a boost in 2015 when Eddie Redmayne accepted his Oscar in a pair of off-the-shelf black Bowlers. Other celebrities have jumped aboard recently, including Ryan Reynolds, Tyson Beckford, and Poppy Delevingne.

Handmade in Sheffield, England, by a family of shoemakers that have been around for over 80 years, Duke & Dexter combines expert craftsmanship with modern taste and sensibilities for a premium loafer, much like the Limited-Edition Skulled Blue loafers.

Featuring a nubuck upper, a quilted and padded inner lining, and a textured grip tread, this particular rendition fits in wherever and whenever you need it to. The 3D cobalt skull is an added bit of flair, making this limited-edition loafer a must-have.
