Pride month is almost here, and after a year plus of being cooped up inside there’s never been a better time to hit the streets and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community in style. A number of footwear brands including Converse and Dr. Martens have released limited-edition Pride designs to commemorate the annual celebration, and now Teva joins the list. Teva has a brand new line of rainbow sandals that add the perfect vibrant touch to their functional footwear that’s perfect for summer.

The collection includes both black and white sandals, both of which include everything from a subtle rainbow touch to a full platform of colorful glory. Some are glittery, some are bright, some are both. And yes, they’ve made rainbow dog collars and leashes too.
The release of the collection is happening in tandem with a $35,000 donation to the Human Rights Campaign Foundation that works to empower the LGBTQ+ community, and provide a platform for self-expression and movement. Original Universal Pride Sandal
This design takes the Original Universal sandal from Teva and adds a bit of shimmer and shine to it with the rainbow strap made of REPREVE recycled polyester. The quick-dry webbing is made from recycled plastic and the polyester made by Unifi supports your foot and makes for a comfortable strapping system. The hook-and-loop closure that Tevas are known for makes it easy to put the shoe on and take it off, and the midsole is molded for arch support.
