* New York designer Todd Snyder collaborates with Timex
* The Blackjack is inspired by 70s Formula One and casinos in Monaco
* Features a military nylon strap and 50m water resistance
Todd Snyder, the renowned New York fashion designer, has teamed up with Timex, the casual timepiece king, on a new watch called The Blackjack.
The Blackjack is heavily inspired by the allure and sporty glamour of Formula One racibg and casinos in Monaco during the 70s, and brought together with classic Todd Snyder New York style. The face of the watch showcases a classic black and white bullseye design, with blue accents and a 40mm all black case. The watch also features a matching black military style nylon strap (a noteworthy trend in 2017), and 50m water resistance.

The collaboration is very clever by both brands, as Todd Snyder is a modern, trend-setting designer, and Timex is a trustworthy brand with well over a century of reliable watchmaking expertise. Together, the collaboration makes for a fresh watch that you can count on (no pun intended) to tell time for years.

Recently, Todd Snyder has been in the news for his friendship with The Last Tycoon star Matt Bomer, who will be in Todd Snyder’s next campaign. The designer cites Bomer as one of his first supporters, when he first launched his clothing line years ago.
As for the Timex collaboration, try the watch with this Gingham shirt, also by Todd Snyder and a pair of boots for rugged yet refined men’s style. The watch makes a great gift, too.
