* Under Armour launches workout gear subscription box
* Personalized clothing, shoes, and more delivered to your doorstep
* Keep what you want, and send back what you don’t want with no additional fees
It’s starting to look like subscription boxes are the shopping experience of the future. Along with food, razors, and beauty products, subscription services have gained traction because they’re not only super convenient, but they also do an excellent job of streamlining your whole shopping experience. Under Armour has just upped the ante with ArmourBox, a new workout gear delivery service.
Here’s how it works: you send an Under Armour Outfitter your needs, personal style, and fitness goals, and they handpick 4-6 pieces of gear to be delivered to you. After the box is delivered, you have a week to try everything on, send back what you don’t want, and pay for the stuff you want to keep (no additional fees). After that, you get a new ArmourBox as soon as every month, or as often as you need it. And if you keep everything in the box, you score a pretty decent 20% off.
It makes the whole process of buying workout gear much easier, so you don’t have to choose between trekking to your local sports store or wearing stinky old clothes to the gym. Plus, getting fresh new gear is a great motivator to start or continue working out – which is something we could all use.
