The world of Korean beauty and skincare is vast and ever-evolving. If there’s one thing K-Beauty does well (and often), it’s masks. From sheet masks bearing cute animal faces, to products incorporating snail essence or donkey milk, there are a ton of options out there.

Most sheet masks or mud masks require at least 5-10 minutes to get results, but there’s a new crop of “masks” that get the job done in literally 15 seconds. Enter the Korean beauty “splash masks” by Blithe, leading the wave in innovation. It might seem trendy, but the masks are actually inspired by an old Korean bathhouse tradition of splashing botanical-steeped water on the face after cleansing.

Use in the shower for best and quickest results. Pour a capful of the liquid into hands, splash onto face, and gently pat into skin. Continue splashing with shower water to rinse and activate the effects. Steam from the shower opens pores to helps nutrients soak in, and splashing water dilutes the formula so it’s gentle on skin. After showering, apply serum or moisturizer as usual.

The masks work for all skin types to help combat dullness and uneven texture. Skin will feel revived and energized, and regular use will reveal smooth and glowing skin. Alpha hydroxy acid and a lactic acid blend provide a mix of gentle exfoliation and moisture. Plus it only takes 15 seconds, so there’s no excuse for not giving your skin a little splash, of TLC.
