You simply take your mouthpiece and attach it to the LED light by fitting the two plastic ends together. Remove your syringe of whitening gel from the box and uncap it. Then sparingly apply the gel to both the upper and lower trays of the mouthpiece. TriWhite recommends that you only use approximately a pea size amount of gel for each tooth. I just apply a thin line across both the upper and lower trays. After you get the right amount of gel in the mouthpiece, you pop it in your mouth and situate your teeth where the gel can rest on the surface of your teeth. Bite down on it and try to suction the mouthpiece flush to your teeth. Click the button on your LED light and the blue light will come on. Ten Minutes later the blue light will go off as well as beep to signal that you’re all done. You can then take it out of your mouth, detach the LED light from the mouthpiece and rinse it off with warm water. It’s also a good idea to rinse your mouth out as well.
