* Learn from celebs on Masterclass
* Classes include learning basketball from Stephen Curry
* Courses are easy to use and work with any schedule
Masterclass just announced their latest course: Judd Apatow Teaches Comedy. It’s yet another incredible offering from Masterclass, which has a collection of various classes taught by industry experts and celebrities like Stephen Curry, Marc Jacobs, Gordon Ramsay, and more.
Besides managing to get better (and more famous) teachers than any university, Masterclass has also designed an intuitive way to participate in the class and learn the material at home. Along with the video lectures, you get class workbooks and a student community that collaborates to provide each other feedback (sorry, Judd Apatow isn’t going to read your script). It also allows you to work as little or as much as you have time for, so you can work on your own time.
Here’s some of the best courses offered on Masterclass:
1. Frank Gehry Teaches Architecture and Design
Vanity Fair has labeled Frank Gehry as “the most important architect of our age,” and his buildings are cited as some of the most important works in modern architecture. Some of his most famous buildings include the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and 8 Spruce Street in New York. Needless to say, he’s the guy to learn architecture from. Even if you’re never going to be an architect, hearing his wisdom is worth everyone’s time.

2. Stephen Curry Teaches Basketball
Two-time NBA MVP Steph Curry has taken a few minutes off winning championships to teach us how to play basketball. He teaches ball-handling, footwork, basketball IQ, and basic shooting mechanics (which he does arguably better than any other basketball player).

3. Marc Jacobs Teaches Fashion Design
Sometimes we dream up that perfect T-shirt of pair of pants in our imaginations, but can’t find it (or afford it) in stores. If this sounds like you, Marc Jacobs is here to help. In this course, the famous fashion designer not only teaches how to create clothes, but also how to push boundaries and set trends.

4. Ron Howard Teaches Directing
Ron Howard’s Oscar-winning work includes movies like Apollo 13, A Beautiful Mind, and many more. In his course you’ll partake in lessons and participate in incredible on-set workshops, learning how to evaluate ideas, work with actors, block scenes, and bring your vision to the screen.

5. Annie Leibovitz Teaches Photography
In 2018 there’s more photographers than ever, but there’s also more bad photos than ever. World-famous celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz is here to help – whether you’re an aspiring photography pro or just a casual Instagramer. In the class you’ll learn mechanics of photography (lighting, working with subjects, post-production, etc.), but you’ll also learn the philosophy that makes photos stand out.

6. Judd Apatow Teaches Comedy
Making people laugh isn’t easy, but Judd Apatow has mastered the art of comedy. His new course on Masterclass teaches you how to write hilarious story lines and funny stand up acts, and also how to direct side-splitting comedy.
