“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” Actor Tituss Burgess Is in the Wine Game

* Tituss Burgess has stepped into the wine game
* The wine is produced in Santa Barbara
* He has two pinots and a rosé

In celebration of the now-iconic Peeno Noir viral music video created by his character on The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, actor Tituss Burgess now has his own wine label. It’s aptly named PINOT by Tituss Burgess (PBTB). “My favorite situation is when there’s a glass of wine in my hand, wherever I am,” he told People.

The wine is produced in Santa Barbara County, a wine region unique for lying between two mountain ranges, as well as microclimates and varied soil types. The result is some of the best cool climate wines (Pinot Noir) you can imagine.

Burgess’ first wine is the 2014 PBTB. It’s a medium bodied Pinot Noir with aromas of dried fruits, rosemary, coriander, and roses. Tones include black fruits, toasted oak and leather.

The 2014 Pinot Pride has the aroma of lychee, kola and red fruits, with hints of baking flowers, wildflower honey and cacao. Subtle cedar and leather accent the flavor of the red fruits.

If you prefer “summer water” over tradition reds, you may enjoy Burgess’ 2015 Rosé Pride. It’s crisp, refreshing and tastes of fresh strawberries and pear skin.

Prices range from $17.99-$24.99 per bottle. Check them out for yourself at pbtbwine.com.
