Instead of offering a hotel gym, the Four Seasons is linked to Equinox Sports Club, an ultra high-end worldwide gym chain. Sadly, Equinox is only available to members and hotel guests, but if you can splurge on the Four Seasons, the accommodations and the gym are well worth it.

10. The Ritz-Carlton, Boston
