As fans prepare for the release of The Forever Purge, many are looking for ways to watch or rewatch other films in The Purge Movie franchise. Whether you prefer to view them chronologically or by release date, we have all the details for you right here, including where you can watch the Purge movies, when the new The Forever Purge film will debut, and if it will be in theaters after the throes of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Right now, you can find all of The Purge movies streaming on many of the platforms you love. If you’re already a Hulu Live TV or Sling customer, you can watch The Purge: Election Year and The First Purge now with your subscription. However, ahead of the release of The Forever Purge this summer, most of the movies in the franchise are only available via Video on Demand services. The Forever Purge, which arrives as the fifth installment of the film franchise, is the direct sequel to 2016’s The Purge: Election Year. This offering is said to be the final film from the franchise unless, of course, it gets revived sometime in the future, like many of these thriller/horror flicks tend to do.

The plot of the new movie follows a Mexican couple on the run from a drug cartel. They later find themselves stranded on a Texas ranch, hunted by a group of outsiders who continue to participate in the purge tradition despite its abolition following the election.
