The Shoezie, as it has been appropriately coined, is a collaborative effort between the sneaker brand and Miller Lite to salute fathers and beer lovers everywhere.

The product, which will be offered in limited qualities, helps keep beers and other canned beverages cool during the warmer summer months. Modeled after the New Balance’s 624 sneakers, the Shoezie offers a major nod to NB’s established position as one of America’s favorite dad shoe brands. Sofia Colucci, Vice President of Marketing, Miller Family of Brands shared in a recent press release, “When we dreamed up the Shoezie, there was only one brand to bring it to life and that was the maker of the classic ‘Dad Shoe,’ New Balance.”
To advertise the collaboration, Miller Lite created a series of photos showing the beer koozie in real-world settings in celebration of Father’s Day and the Shoezie’s upcoming release.
